Full Job Description
We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer mobile product from the ground up. As a Product Manager, you'll be assigned a specific feature area to own end-to-end the exact scope will be defined based on team needs and your background, and shared in more detail during the interview process from spec to shipped feature to the metrics that tell you whether it worked. There is no legacy roadmap and no bloated process to inherit just a zero-to-one build, a small high-output team, and an AI-native way of working that lets one person do the job that used to take three. This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in a technical design review as they are in a user research readout. You'll work directly with engineering, design, and outside partners to turn ambiguous ideas into requirements an engineering team can actually build against. The Product 30 You will help build the features millions of users actually touch inside a new mobile consumer product anchored around the MrBeast audience. This isn't a passive content app it's a highly interactive platform built to turn the world's largest audience into an engaged community at global scale. Further details shared during the interview process. What You'll Do 30 Own the product lifecycle for a specific feature area of the app (to be assigned based on team needs) from opportunity sizing and requirements through launch and post-launch iteration translating ambiguous creative and business goals into clear, testable specs engineering can build against. 30 Write and maintain product requirements, acceptance criteria, and gap analyses that hold up under real engineering and QA scrutiny not just slide decks. 30 Partner daily with engineering leads and designers in tight iteration loops; be in the details of the build, not just the roadmap. 30 Use AI tools as a default part of how you work from drafting specs and synthesizing research to prototyping flows and querying data so your output is materially faster than a traditional PM's. 30 Bring an AI-first product lens to the roadmap itself: identify where AI can improve the member experience (personalization, matchmaking, moderation, content generation, support) and turn those ideas into shippable specs. 30 Define and track the metrics that matter activation, retention, conversion and use them to prioritize ruthlessly. 30 Navigate compliance-sensitive product areas (age-based eligibility, data privacy, sweepstakes/prize mechanics) by translating legal and policy guidance into concrete product rules. 30 Coordinate cross-functionally with external partners and vendors (carrier, platform, and studio partners) to keep technical integrations and contractual commitments on track. 30 Represent the voice of the member: use research, data, and direct product sense to push back on ideas that won't hold up at scale. Who You Are 30 Experienced Operator: You have 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping consumer-facing mobile products (iOS/Android or cross-platform) from concept to production at meaningful scale. 30 Technical: You're fluent enough in APIs, data models, and system architecture to ask sharp, informed questions in technical design reviews, understand tradeoffs engineers raise, and know when a "quick fix" isn't. You don't need to write production code or technical specs yourself, but you understand the systems well enough to hold your own in the conversation. 30 AI-First: You already build AI into your daily workflow using AI tools for research synthesis, spec drafting, prototyping, or data analysis and you actively look for AI-driven opportunities in the products you own, not just process shortcuts. 30 Structured Thinker: You can take a messy, ambiguous problem (a creative brief, a legal checklist, a partner requirement) and turn it into a clear, sequenced set of product requirements with no gaps. 30 Data-Driven: You define success metrics before you build, instrument what you ship, and use the numbers not just instinct to decide what to do next. 30 Scrappy & Scaled: You have the startup instincts to build from zero with a lean team, plus enough exposure to consumer scale to know what breaks when a product hits millions of users. 30 Action-Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity, default to shipping over process, and would rather get a prototype in front of real users than run another round of internal review. Benefits The Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast Team We are redefining what entertainment and storytelling look like at global scale. Every piece of content we publish reaches millions and influences culture in real time. This is your opportunity to lead the team that decides how those moments come to life across every screen. 30 Competitive Salary 30 Generous Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental, Vision and company-paid Life Insurance 30 Company contributions to employee Health Savings Accounts (HSA) 30 401k Plan with Safe Harbor company-matching 30 Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays 30 Company-provided technology package 30 Relocation assistance where applicable, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days
