Job Description

The Product Manager, Marketing Projects is responsible for leading the development and execution of go-to-market plans for key product initiatives within CCL, with a primary focus on exclusive destinations and new ship launches over a multi-year horizon. This role partners closely with the Senior Director and cross-functional stakeholders across Guest Experience, Operations, and Marketing to translate product development milestones into cohesive, insight-driven marketing strategies.

The role owns marketing planning and execution for assigned product portfolios, ensuring the right message is delivered at the right time across each stage of the guest journey. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Product Marketing Manager aligns stakeholders, develops core messaging frameworks, and supports integrated campaign execution across channels to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion while maintaining alignment to Carnival's brand strategy.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and manage product marketing plans for assigned portfolios by partnering with Guest Experience and Operations teams to align upcoming initiatives with the broader brand strategy and communications calendar.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for high-priority product initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment across all relevant marketing channels from awareness through conversion.
  • Transform new guest experiences into compelling marketing narratives by partnering with subject-matter experts across Operations, including senior leadership from Guest Experience, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment, to develop master message briefs that serve as the creative foundation for all internal teams and marketing materials. Champion the consistent use of Carnival's distinctive, ownable brand assets across every campaign, ensuring that even product-specific communications reinforce and deepen brand equity with target audiences.
  • Lead the development of foundational creative assets and marketing plans for high-priority product initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment across all relevant marketing channels from awareness through conversion.
  • Develop regional product support plans as ships change ports and enter new markets. Assess the competition in that market and work with agency (internal Creative Services or creative agency of record) to develop an integrated plan that introduces the new ship offering to the target audience. Develop a brief to inform the creative concept taking into consideration key market objectives and desired consumer behavior. Plans may include paid media so will work with media team to assess appropriate support. Manage creative development of assets that will be adapted across all channels.
  • Budget Management - Provides input in the development of the budget required for the annual budget process. Reviews and approves proposals and invoices to drive cost efficiencies and ensure budget adherence.

The role is responsible for aligning cross-functional stakeholders, developing marketing plans, and supporting execution across channels, ensuring all initiatives are delivered in alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Problem solving: Applies strong analytical and strategic thinking to evaluate business priorities, guest insights, and market dynamics, informing go-to-market planning and execution. Identifies risks, dependencies, and execution challenges across product launches and works with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with timelines, budgets, and brand requirements.
  • Impact: Plays a key role in bringing Carnival's product innovations to market by leading the execution of high-visibility launches. The role supports brand growth, guest engagement, and revenue generation by ensuring product marketing initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across channels.
  • Leadership: Leads cross-functional project teams and agency partners through influence, driving alignment, accountability, and execution of product marketing initiatives. Works closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure clarity of direction, alignment on priorities, and successful delivery of marketing plans.

Essential/Minimum qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in brand marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, or advertising.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale product launches, destination marketing initiatives, or high-visibility brand campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Strong experience developing go-to-market strategies and communication frameworks for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate operational or product information into compelling consumer-facing marketing narratives and creative briefs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agency partners while managing competing priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Experience overseeing creative development processes, including production, asset development, and channel adaptation across integrated campaigns..


Essential experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Guest Experience, Operations, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Media, and executive leadership teams to support complex product launches and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Experience leading integrated go-to-market planning and execution for high-profile marketing campaigns, product launches, destination initiatives, or large-scale consumer-facing programs.
  • Experience managing external creative and advertising agencies, including strategic briefing, creative evaluation, production oversight, and guiding work from concept development through final execution across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to develop master messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and foundational campaign assets that drive consistency across paid, owned, earned, CRM, digital, social, PR, trade, and partnership channels.
  • Experience coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, operational readiness, and consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment while balancing shifting priorities, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder needs with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.


Travel: No or very little travel likely

Work Conditions:Work may require employee to work inside and/or outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.

Physical Demands. Requires regular movement throughout company facilities.

This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
