Job Description

The Product Manager Maintenance Services, Global Banking is responsible for the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of product related services supporting self-service technologies including ATMs, Cash Recyclers, Teller Cash Recyclers, and related infrastructure within the banking and services industry.

This role owns the maintenance services portfolio and drives profitable growth through innovative service offerings, optimized service delivery models, strategic partnerships, and differentiated customer value propositions. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Global Account Teams, the Product Manager ensures maintenance solutions remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with evolving market needs.

Location: Onsite: North Canton, Ohio

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the hardware maintenance services strategy across the banking self-service technology portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned to business growth objectives and customer requirements.
  • Manage the complete service lifecycle from concept through launch, optimization, retirement, and replacement.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends impacting maintenance services and service delivery models.
  • Grow contract base and expand footprint into multi-vendor maintenance services.
  • Ensure portfolio alignment with Managed Services, Device Lifecycle Management, and broader integrated solution offerings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Product Management, Services Product Management, Maintenance Management, or Service Portfolio Management experience.
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or Product Management certifications.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance delivery models and service operations.
  • Proven experience managing commercial service offerings and recurring revenue businesses.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Travel: Potential quarterly travel within US and internationally 1-2 times a year.

  • Experience leading global service portfolio initiatives.
  • Experience with service analytics, predictive maintenance technologies, and remote management platforms.
