Full Job Description
As a Product Manager on our Wealth Products Solutions team, you will help clients securely and confidently access and protect their financial accounts. You will own the customer journeys and product funnels that support login, authentication, account recovery, and client protection across our retirement and personal wealth businesses.

You will focus on making these experiences intuitive, reliable, and secure, reducing unnecessary friction while maintaining the protections that build client trust. Working closely with engineering, design, cybersecurity, fraud, and other cross-functional partners, you will turn complex customer and business needs into clear priorities and well-executed product experiences.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Product Manager who takes initiative, follows through, and cares deeply about the details. You bring strong product judgment, analytical curiosity, and practical experience using AI in your day-to-day work to improve effectiveness, accelerate learning, and strengthen the quality of your deliverables.

What You Will Do
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for login, authentication, and client protection funnels, including multifactor authentication, identity verification, account recovery, and security-related notifications and actions
  • Improve end-to-end customer funnels by identifying friction, abandonment, and points where clients need assistance, prioritizing improvements that simplify account access and protective actions while supporting security and fraud-prevention goals
  • Translate complex customer, business, and technical problems into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that address successful paths, error states, recovery options, accessibility, and edge cases
  • Partner with design and research to understand client needs, test assumptions, and simplify experiences such as account lockouts and additional identity verification
  • Define and monitor outcomes including login success, authentication completion, enrollment and recovery completion, abandonment, support contacts, and relevant security and fraud indicators to guide prioritization and evaluate results
  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, cybersecurity, identity, fraud, compliance, legal, and client service partners, managing dependencies, communicating tradeoffs, securing approvals, and driving work through key milestones
  • Use customer feedback, funnel analysis, usability testing, and controlled experiments where appropriate to validate and iterate on experiences while maintaining required security and fraud protections
  • Maintain a high bar for execution from discovery through launch and post-launch monitoring, validating that customer experiences, analytics, and exception handling work as intended
  • Use AI in daily product workflows to support research synthesis, data exploration, requirements development, prototyping, and test-scenario identification while validating outputs and following company policies for confidential information and client data
  • Proactively surface problems, bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clear recommendations, and drive improvements with urgency, sound judgment, and limited oversight

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products, working collaboratively with engineering, design, and research teams
  • Experience improving multistep customer journeys using funnel analytics, customer insights, and testing to identify problems and measure the impact of changes
  • Demonstrated practical experience using AI in day-to-day work to improve the effectiveness, speed, or quality of deliverables while applying appropriate validation and judgment
  • Strong personal ownership and initiative, with the ability to identify opportunities, move work forward independently, and follow through on decisions and commitments
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, anticipate edge cases, ask precise questions, and translate findings into clear requirements and improved customer experiences
  • Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing customer, business, technical, security, and risk considerations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and complex issues into clear insights, explain tradeoffs, and build alignment across technical and nontechnical partners

What Will Set You Apart
  • Direct product experience with login, multifactor authentication, passkeys, identity verification, account recovery, security settings, or other client protection journeys
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated environment, including close collaboration with cybersecurity, fraud, compliance, or legal teams
  • A track record of delivering measurable improvements in account access, authentication completion, customer effort, or protection outcomes while balancing usability, security, and fraud-prevention objectives
  • Experience developing repeatable AI-supported workflows that improve the speed or quality of product work, paired with sound judgment about when human review and validation are essential
