Full Job Description
Job Title: Product Manager
Company: Loenbro, LLC
Business Unit/Department: Operational Innovation
Location: Westminster, CO/Steamboat Springs, CO/Phoenix, AZ/Dallas, TX/Remote
Reports to: Senior Director Operational Innovation
Employment Type: Full Time
FLSA Classification: Exempt

Job Summary
At Loenbro, we simplify the complex to give our clients clarity and control. As a Product Manager, you will be the primary architect of change for our field operations. You won't just be managing software; you will be "standing up" the critical processes and systems that empower our crews to deliver excellence. You will own the lifecycle of new initiatives from the first conversation with a field team to the final rollout across our national footprint.
If you are someone that knows there is a better way to use project delivery systems and software and you want to implement your vision, this is your opportunity.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Field Discovery: Partner directly with operations leaders, field supervisors, and crews to understand day-to-day challenges, uncover pain points, and define practical solutions that improve field execution.
• Rapid Prototyping: Translate field needs into clear concepts, workflows, user stories, and lightweight prototypes that can be quickly reviewed, tested, and refined with end users.
• Delivery Alignment: Coordinate with internal IT teams, developers, and consultants to ensure prototypes and system builds stay grounded in the operational problem, field feedback, and business priorities.
• Quality & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You are the final gatekeeper, ensuring every system is "field-ready" and rugged enough for our environment.
• Training & Enablement: Develop high-impact training materials, manuals, and SOPs. You don't just explain how a button works; you explain why the process matters to the business.
• Rollout Management: Lead the physical and digital rollout of new systems. You will be on the ground during critical phases to troubleshoot and ensure adoption.
• Strategic Communication: Keep the organization informed. You will provide regular updates to senior leadership on project health and communicate "wins" and changes to the entire workforce.
• Post-Implementation Hypercare: Provide dedicated operational support and troubleshooting following rollouts, serving as the primary point of contact to refine workflows and ensure full system stabilization before transitioning to long-term maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
• Experience: 3+ years of product management experience related to construction, operations, fin-tech, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. An MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
• AI Prototyping & Building: Demonstrated ability to understand how users work, identify the operational problem behind the request, and use AI-enabled tools, workflows, and rapid prototypes to connect systems into a cohesive, practical solution.
• The "Loenbro" Fit: You must possess a high degree of Urgency and Integrity. You should be as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a job site in high-vis gear.
• Communication: Ability to translate "tech-speak" into "field-speak" and vice versa.
Highly Preferred:
• Construction Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in self-perform, mission critical, industrial, electrical, or energy-related environments.
• Technical Savvy: Experience working with various data sets, ERP systems such as Vista Viewpoint, field-ticketing software, custom-built operational tools, or available toolsets such as macro-enabled Excel and Office products, Power BI, AI app development, SQL, or other mobile or web-enabled tools.
