Job Title: PRODUCT MANAGER IV (Remote USA) Posting Start Date: 8/25/26 Job Description: Job Overview TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets. Job Responsibilities Day-to-Day Job Overview • Manage the daily requirements by impacting the assigned product lines. Examples include pricing analysis in preparation of new product launch, bi-annual price changes, and responding to special pricing requests. • Develop and champion business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product launch and life cycle management activities. • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. • Participate in quality assessments and a key stakeholder, monitoring design effectiveness, cost reliability, and finalizing product enhancements. • Manage inputs across multiple disciplines to meet/exceed portfolio performance goals (on time delivery, margin, quality, revenue, etc.). • Analyze excess and obsolete inventory, gather the product specification and attribute information for developing marketing plans and collaterals. • Perform daily tasks as needed for specific customers as part of overall account management and support. • Develop sales forecasts (demand plan) and own the plan. Responsibilities • Gather product specification and product attribute information for the development of marketing collateral, including e-catalog. • Champion new product development to ensure our business is meeting customer needs in a fast-paced market. • Work with engineering leadership to ensure product roadmap is aligned with market expectations and necessity, ensuring products are released on time and per customer requirements. • Represent the business as a leader through membership in relevant professional associations, e.g. SAE, and ensure participation in key technical conversations across the industry • Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc. • Provide product information to customers and/or the sales team. With heavy accountability for the financial performance and growth of their portfolio, the team operates highly autonomously and interacts regularly with all levels of the business. Given this interaction is necessary for the success of this position, the right candidate is expected to perform comfortably as a manager. What your background should look like: This position will be part of the Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit, You're the kind of person we are looking for if you: • Have received a BA/BS Degree in accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. • 5-7 years of experience with 8+ years preferred. • Authorized to work in the U.S. ITAR Requirements Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware or other items (collectively "items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations.
