Full Job Description
Every breach, every failed audit, every new hire stuck in onboarding purgatory traces back to the same question: who has access to what - and should they?

Identity is where modern companies break. Too much access leaks data. Too little grinds the business to a halt. Lumos is the industry's first Autonomous Identity Platform - software that doesn't just surface access risk, but acts on it. We started with a self-service AppStore and grew into the critical infrastructure connecting apps, identities, and data for GitHub, MongoDB, Mars, Pinterest, Anduril, Intercom, Roku, and Netskope. At the center is Albus, our AI agent for identity - mining roles, approving access, and catching the drift humans miss.

You'll ship work that thousands of IT and security teams touch every day. You'll own problems without playbooks, because the category is being redefined in real time - by us.

Role Description

Lumos powers Identity Governance for enterprises with 100,000+ employees, and our 250+ integration connectors are the foundation of everything we do. As we scale into larger, more complex enterprise environments, we're looking for an Integrations Product Manager to own the next chapter of our integration platform - deepening connector capabilities, elevating the self-service experience, and ensuring our integrations meet the highest standards of enterprise reliability.

This role sits at the intersection of technical platform work and customer experience. You'll own the foundational data layer that powers every Lumos product (Access Reviews, Lifecycle Management, App Store, Identity Intelligence) - ensuring it delivers rich, accurate data and a seamless setup experience for customers of all sizes.

You'll report directly to the Head of Product and partner closely with the Integration Platform engineering team, Data Platform, and customer-facing teams to make Lumos integrations a competitive differentiator in the IGA market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Integration Strategy & Connector Roadmap: Own the prioritization framework for new connectors (deal size, ICP alignment, broad applicability, workflow enablement) and drive improvements to existing ones. Balance breadth vs. depth tradeoffs.
  • 3rd-Party API Assessment & Data Modeling: Evaluate vendor APIs, map their identity and access models (nested groups, delegated admins, multiple auth types) to Lumos's internal data model (accounts, entitlements, access graphs), and identify data gaps.
  • Integration Quality & Reliability: Establish and maintain enterprise-grade reliability standards - connection success rates, sync SLAs, proactive health monitoring, and self-serve recovery paths.
  • Customer-Facing Integration Experience: Own the integration discovery, connection, troubleshooting, and self-service recovery journey. Make integrations connectable in under 5 minutes.
  • Vendor Ecosystem Management: Maintain sandbox environments, track API changes, manage relationships with key technology partners, and build a connector testing strategy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Data Platform, Analytics, Albus, AppStore, LCM, and AppLifting teams to ensure integration data powers downstream products effectively.

What We Value
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with significant integration/connector surface area
  • Experience working with 3rd-party APIs - assessing capabilities, limitations, and mapping data models
  • Understanding of ETL/data pipeline concepts and experience with data extraction at scale
  • Track record of improving product quality metrics (error rates, support ticket volume, customer satisfaction)
  • Experience with enterprise customer requirements (complex identity landscapes, on-prem systems, compliance)
  • Comfortable navigating vendor ecosystems and managing external dependencies

Pay Range
  • $155,500 - $210,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.

Benefits and Perks:
  • Remote-first culture - Work from anywhere within b14 hours of Pacific Time.
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance - 100% of premiums covered for employees, 60% for dependents. HSA and FSA available with employer contribution. International benefits align with local standards.
  • Mental health support - Access to mental health resources and support.
  • Monthly wellness stipend - A monthly stipend for gym memberships, fitness apps, and whatever helps you recharge.
  • 6e1 Life & disability insurance - Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage available.
  • Flexible PTO - Flexible time off with a minimum annual requirement, because rest is part of doing your best work.
  • Parental leave - Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for expecting parents.
  • $1,000 annual learning stipend - An annual budget for courses, books, conferences, and certifications.
  • Company & team offsites - Company and team bonding trips throughout the year, fully covered by Lumos.
  • 401(k) with matching - Employer 401(k) matching to help you save for the future.
