Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery, definition, and execution for browser-based workflows, solutions, and components for Imprivata product lines.
  • Translate product strategy into phased roadmaps that support both established VDI environments and emerging browser-based access models.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, field, partner, and market input to identify high-value problems and validate product priorities.
  • Develop clear use cases, requirements, workflow scenarios, success criteria, and MVP scope for new capabilities.
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, QE, and others to move concepts from discovery through feature release.
  • Collaborate with browser, secure enterprise browser, endpoint, identity, and ecosystem partners to validate integrations and clarify customer outcomes.
  • Create business cases and prioritization recommendations using customer evidence, market insight, product data, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Monitor competitive and market trends across enterprise browsers, VDI, cloud desktops, endpoint platforms, identity, and healthcare application access.
  • Support go-to-market, enablement, and support readiness with clear messaging, launch inputs, and customer expectation-setting.
  • Communicate product direction, requirements, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Take accountability for product outcomes, including adoption, usability, supportability, partner readiness, and business value.
  • Other duties as assigned and required

  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer and market problems into clear product strategy, prioritized requirements, and shipped product capabilities.
  • Strong customer discovery skills, including direct interviews, workflow analysis, field feedback synthesis, competitive research, and MVP validation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, support, customer success, and technology alliance partners to bring enterprise products to market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs and product strategy to executive, technical, and customer-facing audiences.

  • Experience with identity, authentication, SSO, federation, session management, browser extensions, endpoint agents, VDI, browser-native solutions, or identity providers preferred.
