Hiring Pay Ranges: $80,250.00 - $143,890.00 annualized
  • Product Manager III: $80,250.00 - $117,850.00 annualized
  • Product Manager IV: $88,275.00 - $129,640.00 annualized
  • Product Manager V: $97,990.00 - $143,890.00 annualized
    • This position may be eligible to receive an additional $2080.00 per year is approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program
    • The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

As a Product Manager, you'll own and support Sageworks, LaserPro, and other Credit and Loan Administration applications while developing a deep understanding of the operational processes those systems support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Manager III

  • The individual is responsible for managing a portfolio of products that serve as key interfaces between IT and business units.
  • They communicate regularly with Executives to report on product progress, present strategic initiatives, and highlight critical developments.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for developers.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to devise optimal strategies that maximize business value.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for APIs to ensure proper usage and seamless integration.
  • Monitor performance in production environments and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Advise on the scope and direction of current and future product development by reviewing specifications, evaluating new ideas, and identifying growth opportunities within the enterprise.
  • Lead the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including research, market analysis, competitive assessment, planning, positioning, roadmap creation, requirements gathering, and product launches.
  • Gather and analyze data related to both existing and prospective products and services.
  • Engage effectively with employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and effective problem resolution.
  • Evaluate current product offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Analyze product requirements and establish actionable steps to achieve objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Provide leadership, management, and strategic support for projects of varying scale.
  • Prepare short- and long-term product growth plans, special reports, analyses, and respond to management inquiries.
  • Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending workshops, reviewing publications, building networks, and participating in relevant professional societies.
  • Remain up-to-date and compliant with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and all applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

Product Manager IV
  • Own a portfolio of products serving as a primary interface between IT and business units, focusing on strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product growth by reviewing specifications, appraising new ideas, and identifying opportunities for expansion within the enterprise.
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for assigned products, including research, market analysis, competitive assessment, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements
  • gathering, and product launch.
  • Gather and analyze information relevant to current and new products and services, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Assess current product offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Product Manager V
  • Facilitate strategic planning initiatives leveraging industry knowledge and trend data through the ownership and active participation in voice-of-the-customer research.
  • Champion the formal Product Development Process kickoff with validated requirements, performance specifications, and financial justification.
  • Manage customer feedback by agilely navigating the decision-making and execution of customer responses, including associated costs and success factors.
  • Create product strategy documents that outline business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term product growth plans, special reports, and analyses; respond to management inquiries as needed.
  • Drive to root-cause on corrective actions and suggest, lead, or participate in relevant process improvement initiatives.

Education and/or Experience

Product Manager III:
  • Knowledge of Abrigo Sageworks or other lending platforms or 4 - 6 years of loan/lending process experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Product Manager IV:
