Full Job Description
The Hospital Solutions team at Doximity is seeking a commercially-minded Product Manager to support the growth of our hospital partnerships business.

This role will improve existing products and create new ones. You will be responsible for enhancing the internal targeting and campaign delivery tools of our core marketing business. You will also experiment to uncover win-win opportunities that tap into other parts of the Doximity platform. We work with the best hospitals in the country and it's exciting to help them reach the right clinician audience with clinically relevant information.

Doximity PMs are goal-oriented and work with various stakeholders to gather requirements, create specs, and develop products that matter. You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and commercial team members to build solutions that meet the needs of our users and customers.

This role can be filled remotely in the U.S. with preference toward our San Francisco, CA headquarters or Portland, OR.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics to measure those goals

What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager
  • Highly analytical, using data to help inform decisions. Comfort with SQL a plus.
  • Experience working hands-on with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Hex, Looker, Tableau)
  • Results oriented. You can cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done, and work across teams to get solutions shipped
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of R&D and commercial partners
  • Seeks out win-win solutions that meet the needs of our users and customers
  • Curiosity with an extreme attention to detail that drives self-audit of your work
  • MacGyver attitude: when something needs to get done, you are creative, persistent and resourceful. You do what it takes to GSD (get stuff done)
  • Prior experience in healthcare, particularly basic familiarity with claims data and/or referral flows, is a plus

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $172,000 (inclusive of salary + bonus + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
