Position Summary:As the Hearing and Post Discharge Meals Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the hearing aid and post discharge meals benefits strategy and design with national vendors. This role is accountable for delivering a cohesive, compliant, and high-performing member experience across a complex and growing portfolio of supplemental benefits.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and internal and external vendors, to drive execution, and ensure alignment to business goals, regulatory requirements, and member needs.
Success in this role will be based on your ability to manage day-to-day execution and synthesize complex information to drive clear decisions in a highly matrixed environment.
This role operates in a highly regulated environment and requires solid judgment, governance leadership, and the ability to balance member experience, compliance, operational feasibility, and financial outcomes - particularly as the organization adapts to CMS changes.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Lead execution across the hearing aid and post discharge meals benefit portfolio, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals and evolving market and regulatory dynamics
- Serve as the end-to-end product owner across benefit design, operational execution, and ongoing optimization
- Define and evolve the end-to-end member experience across digital, call center, and vendor channels, driving a seamless and intuitive experience
- Establish program goals and performance metrics across benefit utilization, spend, and member experience; partner with analytics and finance to monitor performance and inform decisions
- Own vendor performance management across key partners, including escalation management and resolution of high-impact issues
- Partner with internal teams to support successful plan year launches and ongoing program evolution
- Proactively monitor and mitigate emerging risks, operational challenges, and member experience issues, and lead coordinated responses to maintain program performance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex benefit design, eligibility rules, and compliance, providing guidance to leadership and partners

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in product management, program management, or strategy within a complex, matrixed environment
- Experience operating in a highly regulated environment, with demonstrated ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including performance oversight and issue resolution
- Proven solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data across utilization, financial performance, and member experience metrics
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution with solid project management discipline and organizational rigor
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Medicare Advantage and/or supplemental benefits (e.g., vision benefits or similar programs)
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and continuous program optimization, including retention and engagement outcomes
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency across complex business processes
- Solid understanding of member engagement strategies

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
