Full Job Description
Description

As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our innovative digital health products, including VIOLET™, MAGENTA™, and ROSE™, evolve and reach clinics worldwide. You will own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and clinical validation through to launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

You will report to the VP of Product and work closely across a tight cross-functional team. The focus is twofold: deepening the impact of what we already have, and building what comes next.

What you will d
  • Strategy and roadmap: Own and drive the product roadmap across your portfolio, ensuring strong alignment with company priorities and clear sequencing of what gets built and when
  • End-to-end ownership: Lead initiatives from problem definition through delivery and post-launch follow-through, anticipating risks and managing dependencies along the way
  • Insights to action: Turn clinical, user, and market insights into well-defined requirements, priorities, and decisions - and communicate the rationale clearly to the team
  • Customer feedback: Stay close to customer feedback and support trends, translating recurring issues and requests into prioritized product improvements that drive measurable impact for clinics and end users
  • Cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with Development, Clinical Embryology, Marketing, and Customer Success teams - keeping everyone oriented around the same goals
  • Go-to-market : Define key messages and positioning for launches, plan rollouts across internal and external stakeholders, and create supporting materials that equip CS, Sales, and Marketing to communicate and sell effectively - leveraging all available communication channels to drive awareness and adoption
  • Data and performance: Use analytics and feedback loops to measure performance, drive adoption, and identify what to improve next
  • AI fluency: Embed AI tools actively into your day-to-day workflow - not as a novelty but as a core part of how you think, prototype, iterate, and deliver
  • Market awareness: Stay ahead of competitive dynamics, market changes, and industry trends relevant to digital health and reproductive medicine

What we are looking for
  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally in digital health, medtech, or a clinical domain
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment where you have learned to move fast, stay adaptable, and drive clarity through ambiguity
  • Track record owning a product or portfolio, with the ability to connect individual workstreams to a broader product vision and long-term direction
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools including Confluence, JIRA, and Figma
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and comfort working with agentic workflows across the product lifecycle
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you can prepare effective presentative materials, run a productive meeting, and keep alignment and momentum front and centre
  • High proactivity and self-direction - you identify what needs to happen and act on it without waiting to be told
