GEICO is looking for a customer-obsessed and results-oriented Product Manager tohelp drive the development of an enterprisesemantic andontologylayer.This role willsupport product direction for a governed semanticandontologylayer that standardizes business metrics,modelsdomain concepts, and enables trusted analytics across BI tools, data products, and AI-powered experiences.

Translate business needs into standardized metric definitions, semantic models, domain concepts, and relationships that can scale across enterprise data domains.
Partner with engineering, data architecture, and analytics teams to deliver governed semantic layer capabilities that improve consistency, trust, and usability of enterprise data.
Define and track product success metrics including adoption, metric consistency, discoverability, self-service usage, and AI answer quality.
Drive adoption of semantic andontologycapabilities across BI tools, data products, analytics workflows, and AI-enabled experiences.
5+ years of product management experience building data, analytics, AI, or internal platform products.
Strong understanding of data modeling, business metrics, semantic layers, BI concepts, or governed analytics experiences.
Proven ability to work closely with engineering, data, analytics, governance, and business stakeholders on technically complex products.
Working knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI concepts, including LLM capabilities and limitations, natural language query, prompt design, evaluation, and responsible use of AI in governed data environments.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fieldrequired.
Annual Salary
$95,325.00 - $157,850.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidates work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
