Full Job Description

The Impact You Will Make

The Product Manager sits on the Enterprise Data team and partners with the marketing and operations analytics function. You will be a close, trusted partner to the marketing operations team- earning their confidence, learning their goals, and making it easy for them to turn their asks into clear, buildable data products. Working within the product strategy and vision set by leadership, you bring product thinking to how requirements are shaped, owned, prioritized, and delivered. This role is the bridge between business questions and the data that answers them.

You will work with marketing analytics operations and business users from the COO org to understand their key questions and KPIs, translate them into clear product requirements, and then partner with the enterprise data and marketing analytics teams to deliver data products (treated tables, semantic layer, reports, and dashboards) that generate the insights leaders need. Your value lies in framing the right questions, defining clear requirements, and ensuring that what is delivered truly answers them. You will need to influence and align stakeholders across functions, reconciling differing points of view to reach a unified set of metrics and a single source of truth, and partnering with executive sponsors when alignment is difficult to reach. You will have discretion to adjust priorities as new information emerges, communicating any changes to key stakeholders, and you'll connect individual requests to the bigger picture so that what gets delivered avoids rework and truly drives outcomes. If you enjoy solving business problems, working across teams, and turning data into decisions, this role is for you.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

  • Partner with marketing & operations analytics and business users to understand their key business questions and the KPIs that matter most, aligning stakeholders around a shared source of truth.

  • Explore the intent behind every ask from business before shaping requirements- understand why a dashboard, report, or metric is needed, what decision it drives, and what business value and impact it will deliver.

  • Translatebusiness questionsquestions and KPIs into clear product requirements and user stories for data team.

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the enterprise data and marketing analytics teams, making sure requirements are understood and that what is delivered answers the original question, escalating to sponsors when alignment is hard to reach.

  • Partner with the enterprise data and marketing & operations analytics teams through delivery, providing clarity, answering questions, and reviewing output, without building the data, models, or reports yourself, but having ownership of definitions and help provide clarity of how to address the needs and accelerate the time from need identified to solution delivered.

  • Own and prioritize the requirements backlog across marketing and operations analytics initiatives, balancing effort against business value adjusting priorities asnew informationemerges.

  • Run gap analyses to find where current data and reporting do not yet answerthe businessquestions and leadthe shaping of requirements to close those gaps.

  • Documentcurrent-stateand future-stateprocesses and reporting needs based on interviews with business stakeholders.

  • Help define a common set of terms, definitions, and KPIs to support a shared source of truth across teams.

  • Contribute insights and analysis to the regular operating cadence, including monthly performance reviews, board and investor materials, and budget, connecting individual work to the bigger picture.

  • Track requirements through delivery, surface issues early, and drivetimelyresolution with the delivery teams.

  • Stay current on trends in data and analytics so you can ask sharper questions and shape better requirements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Business questions and KPIs are translated into clear requirements that the delivery teams can act on with little rework.

  • Delivered data products (treated tables, reports, and dashboards) that reliably answered the questions stakeholders asked.

  • Marketing and business users trust the reporting/definitions/underlying data and use it to make decisions.

How Impact Will be Measured

  • Clarity and quality of requirements, measured by low rework and optimization of the delivery cycle for faster delivery.

  • Adoption and use of delivered data products (treated tables, dashboards, and reports) by marketing and business stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder satisfaction across marketing analytics, business users, and the delivery teams.

  • Business questions answered and insights deliveredona regular operating cadence.
