Job Summary:Under the direction of the Product Category Manager, the Product Manager is responsible for coordinating product management activities for assigned markets and product lines. This position manages the full product lifecycle-from strategy and roadmap creation to launch and post-launch optimization-ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer needs. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
Essential Functions:- Manage new product development activities using the Product Roadmap to optimize launch success.
- Identify product opportunities and actively manage the entire product lifecycle for assigned categories.
- Provide technical support and ensure products meet required technical approvals and compliance standards.
- Communicate customer requirements and new product needs to design engineering, prioritizing projects to maximize sales growth.
- Actively participate in developing and maintaining industry specifications and standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, finance) to determine inputs for product cost calculations and capital investment needs.
- Generate innovative and creative solutions to improve profit margins and competitiveness.
- Calculate and analyze return on investment (ROI) for new product developments and prepare business cases to justify capital expenditures.
- Determine pricing strategy using market research and margin optimization to meet corporate profit targets.
- Contribute to product and market deliverables to ensure effective product launches and brand consistency.
- Develop and deliver product training to internal teams and external customers.
- Manage product line price lists, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
Other Functions:- Forecast product requirements and maintain inventory levels to meet customer service and inventory goals.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to represent HellermannTyton and gather market intelligence.
- Visit customers to assess market needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities.
Success in this Role Requires:- Strong understanding of marketing, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 Quality Systems and ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Proven ability to lead internal product development teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Effective project and time management skills across multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You'll Bring: - Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of product management experience or applicable business-related experience, preferably within a manufacturing B2B environment required.
