- Lead product requirements definition and prioritization based on customer, stakeholder, prospect, and market input, and conduct discovery to translate findings into product strategy.
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, UX, Program Management, and related teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Define success measures, own post-launch analysis, and develop business cases and product investment recommendations based on customer, market, financial, and product-health data.
- Help shape pricing, positioning, collateral, launch readiness, support readiness, and knowledge transfer, while representing the product externally with customers and prospects.
- Own product lifecycle management decisions and identify emerging technologies, business threats, and new market opportunities.
- Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability. These are our values and influence everything we do.
