What You Will Do:

  • Lead Product Strategy: Own the overall performance, growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the construction technology product line while driving market share and customer adoption.
  • Build Manufacturer & Customer Partnerships: Serve as the primary relationship owner with manufacturer partners and key customers, leading strategic discussions, business planning, and solution development.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives that maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Develop People & Teams: Lead, coach, and support Product Specialists and sales teams by providing training, tools, and expertise needed to drive customer success.
