  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices on both product management lifecycle and how to build scalable products.
  • Prioritize initiatives to maximize value, balance impact, risk, effort, and dependencies
  • Drive adoption, roll-out and continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Foster innovation by embracing and leveraging effective use of the latest AI tools.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business teams, technology, and operations to ensure capabilities meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.

  • Define and track key platform metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ability to translate strategy into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and frameworks that enhance platform capabilities and reduce time-to-market.
  • Identify and shape meaningful AI use cases that enhance how Program Managers plan, execute, and manage delivery
  • Ensure operational excellence and strong risk-management practices
