This role will also manage direct reports, requiring the ability to coach, prioritize, and create clarity for team members while delivering through a highly matrixed organization. Working across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations, you will influence stakeholders around a clear vision and roadmap.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead discovery to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities that improve experiences and acquisition outcomes
  • Own end-to-end initiative delivery from ideation and business case development through execution, launch, measurement, and optimization
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members by setting clear priorities, creating accountability, and removing blockers
  • Partner with Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver customer-facing experiences and capabilities
  • Develop and manage product backlogs, requirements, and success metrics aligned to customer and business outcomes
  • Advance the Experimentation & Testing program by using customer insights, performance data, test results, and competitive intelligence to inform decisions
  • Improve experimentation velocity and engagement by identifying and driving changes to experiences and ways of working
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating priorities, trade-offs, decisions, and strategic direction clearly
  • Influence decision-making by building strong partnerships, aligning on outcomes, and driving change across teams
  • Monitor performance and continuously refine experiences to improve customer satisfaction, acquisition results, and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 6 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a related field
  • Experience owning products end-to-end from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and optimization
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate insights into product experiences and measurable outcomes
  • Experience with roadmap development, product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, and value measurement
  • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders
  • Ability to influence decision-making, drive alignment, and navigate complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data and customer insights to inform decisions
  • Experience challenging existing approaches and driving improvements that benefit customers and the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • People leadership experience, including coaching talent, setting priorities, and driving accountability for delivery
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation, modernization, or customer experience initiatives
  • Experience taking products or capabilities from concept to launch, including securing alignment and driving delivery
  • Understanding of experimentation, personalization, customer journey optimization, and data-driven decision making
