Build platform capabilities that power loyalty and benefits experiences at scale. You’ll partner across engineering, architecture, analytics, and risk teams to deliver reusable services with measurable impact.


As a Product Manager, Card Benefits (Vice President) in the Benefits Platform team, you will shape the vision, strategy, and the execution of the services, APIs, and data products that power loyalty experiences across Chase. You will own the end-to-end product roadmap for the key platform capabilities and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and reusable solutions that support customer-facing products. This role requires a strategic product leader who can translate complex business and technology needs into measurable outcomes, influence stakeholders across business and technology functions, and drive execution in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Job responsibilities
  • Define and drive platform strategy and roadmap for reusable benefits and loyalty capabilities
  • Lead discovery to identify platform opportunities, adoption barriers, and scalability needs
  • Own and prioritize a complex backlog to support platform vision and business objectives
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and data teams on service design, API strategy, and modernization
  • Deliver and continuously improve APIs, services, and data products to simplify integrations and accelerate delivery
  • Use platform health metrics, operational KPIs, and adoption measures to guide prioritization and measure outcomes
  • Champion solutions that improve reuse, data quality, resiliency, and developer experience for consuming teams
  • Manage stakeholder alignment across multiple consuming teams and senior leaders through clear communication
  • Balance technical sustainability, delivery trade-offs, and customer value to guide investment decisions
  • Identify and mitigate operational, data, and technology risks in partnership with legal, compliance, risk, and controls teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5 years of product management experience in platform, API, data, or backend products
  • Experience in loyalty, rewards, benefits, digital banking, financial services, or a related industry
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle and technology-enabled product delivery
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product work from discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and data teams to deliver platform capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements and user stories and drive Agile execution across teams
  • Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing complex backlogs, and aligning stakeholders to strategic outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills using platform metrics, operational KPIs, and adoption measures to evaluate results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment with legal, compliance, risk, controls, privacy, or information security partners
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience building platforms for rewards, offers, travel, payments, entitlements, or partner ecosystems
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture, event-driven systems, or enterprise data products
  • Experience building platform APIs and shared services used by multiple product teams
  • Experience supporting personalization, targeting, decisioning, or customer engagement platforms
  • Experience using telemetry, experimentation, and data-driven methods to improve platform adoption and outcomes
  • Track record of delivering scalable platforms that increase reuse and reduce operational complexity
  • Experience aligning multiple teams to shared platforms, APIs, and reusable technology components
