Full Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute product line strategy for the Sea Choice brand. This role owns the full product lifecycle — from identifying new market and product opportunities to driving profitability, managing the Sea Choice Product Development Process (SPDP), and delivering against growth targets.

The Product Manager partners closely with end users, rep agencies, sales, customer partners, and Category Managers at Land ‘N’ Sea to position Sea Choice as the preferred brand within the LNS catalog. The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience, strong commercial instincts, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to measurable business outcomes.

At Brunswick, we have a passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute product line strategy and marketing activities for the Sea Choice brand to drive profitability and meet growth targets.

  • Own and manage the Sea Choice Product Development Process (SPDP), the New Product Schedule (NPS), and associated budgets, risks, and project changes from inception through end of life.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product launches, line enhancements, SKU management, cost and quality optimization, and end-of-life decisions.

  • Review pricing across the product portfolio to drive profitability, competitiveness, and margin discipline.

  • Identify and develop strategic vendor and supplier partnerships to support efficient execution of product development opportunities.

  • Partner with Category Managers at Land ‘N’ Sea to identify joint opportunities and position Sea Choice as the preferred brand within the LNS catalog.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insight from end users, rep agencies, and sales channels to inform product and market decisions.

  • Support the company’s participation in trade shows, customer events, and other industry activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Graduate degree preferred

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including managing products from conception through end of life

  • Marine and/or RV industry experience strongly preferred, with general technical knowledge of parts and accessories

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth, both directly and through collaboration and influence

  • Strong commercial acumen with a fundamental understanding of pricing, margins, costs, inventory, and financial statements

  • Ability to identify consumer, customer, and industry trends and translate them into product strategies that capture market opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate product benefits for audiences of all skill levels

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with willingness to challenge the status quo and constructively drive change

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with AS400 a plus

Working Conditions

This position is primarily based in an office environment and requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use. Travel up to 20% is required, including domestic travel for vendor visits, trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required to support product samples and event materials.
