You'll define, track, report, and continuously iterate based on data-driven insights and store feedback.
  • Innovation & Efficiency: Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for automation, process improvements, and scaling backoffice capabilities, expertly balancing trade-offs between cost, speed, reliability, and colleague experience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct robust quantitative and qualitative analysis, leveraging data, direct feedback from stores, and operational insights to make informed, impactful product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including store leadership and regional teams, ensuring transparent communication regarding roadmap progress, trade-off decisions, and potential risks, and skillfully negotiating priorities with business leaders.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence across diverse teams (store operations, engineering, design, regional management), demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Prioritization & Problem Solving: Exceptional skills in breaking down complex problems, defining the minimum viable solution, making high-judgment trade-offs, and thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex ideas clearly to leadership and effectively align teams.
