Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products that delight our customers and drive business growth. As a Product Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lifecycle of medium-sized products or multiple smaller products, ensuring their ongoing success and alignment with company goals.
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Make informed trade-offs as necessary during the delivery process to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive requirements for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to measure the success of new features, utilizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Understand and apply various user research methodologies.
  • Leverage research findings from specific projects to inform and enhance future product development efforts.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure product success.
  • Set up appropriate tracking mechanisms and regularly monitor the performance of all features.
  • Collaborate with senior product team members to create and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze information to inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs for product performance.
  • Familiarity with various user research methodologies and their applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must meet company’s requirements for employment.

At this time, we are not considering applicants who require employment authorization sponsorship (1) as a condition of eligibility for employment with the Company or (2) at any point during the term of their employment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship by the Company.

Base Salary: $112,000–$149,500, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, in accordance with the company's applicable incentive plan.
