We are looking for a strategic and execution-minded Senior Product Manager to own and drive our flagship Sara AI product suite. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders across Synack to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our cutting-edge, AI-powered security solutions from end to end.
Here's what you'll do- Drive Vision & Strategy: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for the Sara AI product suite, translating business objectives and market insights into high-impact AI security features.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with external customers, partners, sales, and executive leadership to align the Sara AI product roadmap with overarching business goals and market opportunities.
- Elevate Engineering Alignment: Partner closely with engineering leadership to drive execution velocity, balance technical trade-offs, and maintain momentum across multiple delivery teams.
- Enable Go-to-Market (GTM): Empower customer success, account teams, and sales by providing product enablement, clear value positioning, and collateral in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Be Data-Driven: Monitor product adoption, AI model efficacy, and key performance metrics to proactively identify growth opportunities and drive continuous product uptake.
- Market & Analyst Engagement: Serve as a subject matter expert alongside Marketing to represent Sara AI to industry analysts, customers, and the broader cybersecurity community.
- Understand the Landscape: Maintain a deep understanding of the AI and cybersecurity markets, competitive offerings, and emerging security research trends.
Here's what you'll need- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Product Management experience, with a proven track record of owning product roadmaps, driving strategy, and shipping impactful B2B SaaS or cybersecurity products.
- AI & Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience deploying AI-driven features or products. Demonstrated technical literacy in managing model trade-offs, AI trust/safety, and the strategic oversight required for secure, scalable AI adoption.
- Proven Leadership: Strong ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Startup Agility: Demonstrated success navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining a strong bias for action.
- Strategic Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). An MBA is a plus.
Ready to join us?$150,000 - $190,000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
