About the Role:As part of the Ads Measurement & Reporting team, this PM will be responsible for building and evolving our reporting products that help advertisers and their agencies understand their campaign delivery on Netflix. This person will own the technical aspects of our ongoing Media Ratings Council (MRC) accreditation process, its expansion in coverage and scope, and the associated metrics and reports.
This PM will:
- Partner with engineering teams to launch campaign reporting metrics to meet the needs of advertisers and agencies
- Translate users' reporting needs into actionable technical requirements
- Prioritize the product roadmap, managing near-term product delivery while formulating a long-term product strategy to provide the most relevant and innovative reporting and measurement to Netflix's advertisers
- Be an expert on the methodologies of our campaign delivery metrics, including viewability, audience reach and frequency, eCPMs, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, solutions engineering, measurement analysts, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal, as well as external auditors, to bring reporting products to market that meet MRC's standards
- Drive the MRC accreditation process and roadmap; be the expert in MRC requirements and the technical changes required to secure accreditation for Netflix's reporting metrics
We're seeking a candidate who has:- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platforms
- Experience launching and scaling advertising reporting products
- A thorough understanding of digital advertising reporting and measurement needs; knowledge of CTV publishers is a plus
- Experience working on MRC accreditations or past experience with audit processes
- Has experience collaborating closely with advertisers, agencies, measurement partners, ad tech partners, and publisher sales and measurement analyst teams
- Has experience collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and other Product Teams
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $310,000.00 - $545,000.00.
