About The Role

This role will be responsible for guiding products from concept to launch, managing their lifecycle, and ensuring they meet market needs while aligning with Acoufelt's strategic goals. You will work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative, sustainable, and design-forward products to market. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate customer and market needs into actionable product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle - from idea generation, feasibility assessment, and business case creation to launch, post-launch review, and ongoing optimization.
  • Review market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and trends.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet performance, quality, and cost targets.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, launch plans, and sales enablement tools.
  • Manage and update product documentation, specifications, and pricing.
  • Monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, and market data, and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, certifications, and sustainability requirements.
  • Lead product-related meetings, presentations, and cross-department communication.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the product portfolio.

Required Abilities

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in building materials, architectural products, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management or PLM tools a plus.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends and their impact on product development a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field required.
MBA or PMP certification a plus. Experience with Lighting, Metal products or custom print also a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and growing company.
  • Health, dental, and retirement benefits.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
