Job Description
As a Product Management Lead Consultant supporting the Loyalty Transition Program, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our growing product portfolio by identifying opportunities, defining strategy, and delivering solutions that create meaningful value for customers and the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative and customer-focused product professional who thrives on solving complex problems, leveraging data-driven insights, and bringing innovative ideas to life. You'll work closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and business partners to define product vision, guide product development, and drive outcomes that improve customer experiences and business performance.

What You'll Do
  • Help define and execute the strategy, vision, and roadmap for one or more products within Allstate's expanding digital product portfolio
  • Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Lead product discovery efforts to validate assumptions, test ideas, and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Translate complex business challenges into prioritized product features, user stories, and actionable backlog items
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products that provide measurable customer and enterprise value
  • Author, refine, test, and accept user stories to ensure successful product delivery
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align development efforts with strategic objectives
  • Use customer feedback, market research, competitive insights, and analytics to make informed product decisions
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and continuously improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies, communications plans, and adoption initiatives

What You'll Bring

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.
