$100,000.00 /Yr. - $125,000.00 /Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 15%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 15%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
This individual will be responsible for contributing to and driving the Proxy Account Opening roadmap. This individual will work closely with delivery teams across the enterprise to own the delivery of critical projects and release best-in-class experiences to our clients. This role will report to the FVP of Account Opening and will lead product owner(s) in day-to-day SDLC activities.
Responsibilities:- Product Roadmap: Understanding the strategic vision for your area of responsibility and defining a roadmap to achieve the vision
- Problem Solving: Working with product leaders and business stakeholders to understand market trends, business objectives, and key customer segments to define product solutions
- Definition: Defining workflows, process maps, and data flows to document product requirements
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritizing feature releases to optimize business outcomes
- Leadership: Leading product owners, designers, and solution architects to define product requirements
- Supporting operational readiness activities (documentation, training, and staffing)
- Analysis: Analyzing business metrics and customer feedback to improve product performance
- Testing: Performing User acceptance testing
- Collecting customer feedback / pain points
- Presenting to leadership on project status, roadmaps, features, kpi, etc.
To be successful in this role, you will:- Be expected to think both strategically and tactically.
- Possess a strong understanding of product discovery, product lifecycle, and SDLC processes.
- Effectively communicate with subject matter experts across business, technology, analytics, risk, and operations to define solutions to complex challenges.
- Passionately drive initiatives to meet key milestone dates.
- Work well autonomously and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Build consensus when there are differing opinions and priorities.
- Work with autonomy to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years building/managing technical products
- Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and SDLC
- Experience working in an agile / scrum environment
- Experience with issue and development tracking software such as Microsoft DevOps or Jira
- Experience with KYC, KYB, and other Identity verification and fraud prevention solutions
