Full Job Description
The Analytics Product Management Lead (remote) for Digital Medicine will serve as the dedicated strategic lead responsible for advancing the analytics ecosystem supporting Ochsner Digital Medicine, a nationally recognized program focused on remote management of hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, weight management, and hyperlipidemia. Digital Medicine combines connected health technology, remote patient monitoring, evidence-based clinical care, and personalized health coaching to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes, utilization, patient experience, and cost of care.

As the program continues to grow and mature, its analytics and reporting capabilities have reached a natural point of evolution requiring a thoughtful reimagining of the supporting product ecosystem. This newly dedicated role will partner closely with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, Data Management, Epic BI, and Visual Analytics teams to help shape the next generation of analytics products and capabilities supporting Digital Medicine.

The Senior Analytics Product Manager will lead efforts to assess and optimize the current analytics landscape, strengthen product governance and alignment, and define a more streamlined, scalable, and trusted portfolio of analytics solutions. The role will focus on improving the usability, consistency, and strategic value of analytics products while supporting operational performance, clinical outcomes, population health management, financial impact measurement, and executive decision-making.

The ideal leader will bring a strong product mindset to analytics 6 balancing strategic vision with operational execution 6 while helping align cross-functional teams around shared priorities, trusted metrics, scalable data architecture, and an exceptional end-user experience. Success in this role will directly support Digital Medicines continued innovation and its mission to transform cardiometabolic care through technology-enabled, patient-centered clinical management.

Education

Required 6 Bachelors degree in business, technical, or related field.

Preferred - Masters degree in business, technical, or related field.

Work Experience

Required 6 6 years of product manager or other relevant experience. Experience leading the product lifecycle for 2-3 large products from visioning through requirements development through launch and measurement.

Job Duties

  • Drives product prioritization and detailed product definition for digital and telemedicine products for multiple products across disciplines and service lines.

  • Invents channels with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify problem areas that technology can solve.

  • Creates the product roadmap for multiple products and ensures roadmap remains evergreen with inputs from business, operations, and software stakeholders.

  • Presents complex data to tell the product story to senior leaders and external stakeholders.

  • Proactively identifies barriers to product scale.

  • Autonomously writes business case for further investment in the product and influences leadership to invest in required scale.

  • Uses metrics to make decisions about the portfolio of products.

  • Autonomously makes feature level decisions and influences more fundamental core product decisions with leadership.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
