Full Job Description
The Product Management Director will drive critical initiatives to enhance Empower product offering. In this role, individual will collaborate closely with both the Workplace Solutions and the Personal Wealth leaders to achieve enterprise goals. In addition, this individual will establish the strategy and roadmap for the product, service, or customer tools, as well as ownership of the execution of initiatives. The individual will possess exceptional leadership qualities, excellent communications skills, the ability to problem solve, and possess a deep understanding of financial service concepts, industry expertise, and product knowledge.

Essential Functions
  • Actively drive the customer experience, transforming strategy into execution.
  • Subject Matter Expert for the tools servicing the assigned customer group.
  • Drive specific competitive intelligence and analytics regarding the product, service or tools the individual supports. Provide regular updates to the team around external offerings and Empower consideration.
  • Proven experience and responsibility for establishing KPI's and measuring results to ensure we achieve the expected business outcomes associated with each product initiative, product or service.
  • Mentors other team members to enhance team's talent.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in general business, finance, accounting or similar.
  • 10 years+ relevant business experience.
  • Experience working with financial service providers; understanding of the marketplace.
  • Builds collaborative and cooperative relationships.
  • Serves as a senior leader within Product, and across the organization.
  • Delivers a comprehensive understanding of the implications to important decisions.
  • Attention to detail and solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Consistently demonstrates excellent communications skills verbally and in writing with attention to clarity, brevity, perceptual tone, and professionalism.
  • Speaks up in front of peers and managers to share conflicting ideas or support a point.
  • FINRA fingerprinting required.

Base Salary Range
$138,000.00 - $200,100.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
