Product Line Manager

As a Product Manager, you will define product vision, lead market research, drive product lifecycle management, and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, service delivery, and commercial teams. You will ensure products meet customers’ needs, align with business goals, and deliver strong performance throughout their lifecycle.
As a Product Manager, in this role, you will be:
Leading product strategy & vision by:
Developing product strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and product line goals
Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify trends and innovation opportunities
Defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features and enhancements
Serving as the product advocate internally and externally through demos, presentations, and training
Driving cross‑functional development & execution by:
Owning the PDM process for product management
Collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Service Delivery and other teams to ensure successful development
Participating in Stage Gates and providing required documentation
Validating technology advancements with customers and regulatory agencies
Managing product lifecycle & performance by:
Owning product lifecycle management and monitoring NPR/NPI performance
Driving initiatives that combine product development and process improvement
Providing technical support to Service Delivery teams for escalations
Leading carbon‑reduction initiatives tied to product technologies
Supporting commercial & supply chain alignment by:
Validating S&OP forecasts and identifying products requiring special supply chain strategies
Identifying cost‑reduction opportunities with supply chain teams
Planning and executing product launches including pricing, positioning, and communication plans
Aligning supplier base to influence product and market strategy
Ensuring compliance & values alignment by:
To be successful in this role you will:
Qualifications / Requirements
Have bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or related field
Have 5+ years of cross‑functional project leadership experience
Have 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, technology, or technical support
Have knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
Have strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Have Ability to travel >25%
