Position Summary

Join us as a Product Leader and help drive the success of our Cloud and Training product lines within our Technology Solutions business unit.

As a Product Leader, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of your product/service line - from concept launch to ongoing optimization. You'll be at the forefront of designing, launching, and evolving products and services that make a real impact. You'll collaborate across teams, engage with customers, and lead initiatives that fuel growth and deliver exceptional value. We're looking for someone who is a visionary, a builder, and a champion for excellence.

This position is required to work onsite at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmapping
    • Define and maintain the product/service vision and roadmap.
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new offerings or enhancements.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals.


Product Development & Lifecycle Management
    • Lead the design and launch of new products/services and features.
    • Manage the lifecycle of existing offerings, including updates and retirements.
    • Own assigned back-office systems that support product functionality and user experience.


Customer & Market Engagement
    • Gather and prioritize customer requirements through direct engagement and market research.
    • Represent the company at industry events to promote offerings and gather insights.
    • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention metrics.


Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with Development teams throughout the product lifecycle, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
    • Work with Marketing and Portfolio Management to develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
    • Collaborate with Sales to ensure offerings are packaged and positioned effectively.


Performance & Financial Accountability
      • Drive revenue growth and meet launch objectives for assigned product lines.
      • Manage budgets and expenses in alignment with departmental and corporate goals.
      • Track and report on key performance indicators, including Customer Loyalty Index results.


Qualifications

Experience
  • 4+ years in a product/service design, product/service manager, or project management role, preferably for a commercialized customer-facing offering.
  • Prior experience working with business software applications, preferably including business-to-business websites and back-office systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing requirements for business software applications, including business-to-business websites and back-office systems.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role strongly preferred.


Education
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business or a Technology field.
  • In lieu of degree, may consider an additional 4 years of experience in a product management or project management role.


Technology Skills
  • Demonstrated experience with designing or managing the functionality of client-facing portals.
  • Demonstrated experience with the integration of business systems (i.e. back-office systems and client-facing portals) and how integration impacts the user experience (i.e. data integrity, etc.)


Other Skills/Qualifications
  • Ability to develop and implement growth plans and programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to break down deliverables into specific development activities and to accurately estimate delivery dates and project costs. Understanding of product management processes and methodologies.
  • Solution and team oriented, with the ability to lead and influence others.
  • Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams throughout the organization. Knowledge of complex Sales processes related to technology-based products or services. Ability to recognize sales channel capabilities and package products accordingly.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices or customer sites may also be required, depending on assignment.
