The Product Lead works closely with Product Owners to ensure stories are well-formed, feasibility inputs are grounded, and UAT activities are executed with precision. This is a high-growth role designed for emerging product professionals looking to develop toward a Product Owner career path.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Understand and support the defined CRM product strategy across assigned feature areas
  • Contribute features and enhancements to the product backlog aligned to domain roadmap priorities
  • Provide effort estimates and feasibility inputs to assist in roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Develop familiarity with the broader domain strategy to ensure story-level work is contextualized correctly

Backlog Management & Requirements
  • Author and continuously refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure stories are sprint-ready ahead of planning ceremonies
  • Maintain clear traceability between features, stories, and underlying business requirements
  • Identify and flag ambiguity, gaps, or conflicts in requirements early in the delivery cycle

Delivery Accountability
  • Execute assigned features and stories through the full sprint lifecycle
  • Track feature-level outcomes and surface blockers or delivery risks to the Product Owner
  • Support sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain accurate status of assigned work items within delivery tracking tools

Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Work directly with operational subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate requirements
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between development teams and business SMEs for assigned stories
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to Product Owners in a timely manner
  • Support change adoption activities including UAT preparation and rollout coordination

Data, Platform & Compliance Standards
  • Flag data quality and usability issues identified during discovery, development, or testing
  • Execute delivery within defined risk controls and compliance guardrails
  • Adhere to enterprise platform and architecture standards within all assigned work
  • Escalate data integrity concerns or platform governance issues to the appropriate stakeholders

People & Team Leadership
  • Operate as a highly engaged individual contributor committed to team success
  • Actively seek feedback and coaching opportunities to accelerate professional development
  • Contribute positively to team culture through collaboration, transparency, and accountability
  • Support onboarding of new team members where applicable

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent story tracks
  • Effective communicator with business and technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Familiarity with risk, controls, and compliance considerations in a regulated banking or financial services environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or similar enterprise CRM platforms
  • Prior experience in financial services - banking, wealth management, capital markets, or insurance
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA/AML, KYC, Reg E)
  • Exposure to product delivery in support of relationship banking, commercial lending, or wealth management
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform basics - objects, fields, permission sets, and page layouts
