Full Job Description
Summary of Position

You'll own the roadmap that turns member intent into completed visits, and you'll do it with the business acumen and stakeholder fluency of someone who's operated in high-stakes, commercially-driven environments before. This role demands more than strong product instincts: you'll need to connect your work directly to revenue and growth forecasts, hold your own in conversations with finance and senior leadership, and bring a point of view on tradeoffs that goes beyond UX to the underlying business model. You thrive in complexity, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and know how to move organizations without formal authority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the visit growth roadmap and strategy: define and drive the long-term product strategy for visit growth, prioritize investments in UX, discovery, and conversion that turn intent into completed visits, with clear line-of-sight to revenue and business outcomes.
  • Drive commercial accountability: partner with finance and analytics to build forecasts, model the impact of roadmap investments, and hold yourself accountable to growth targets, not just product metrics.
  • Navigate complex stakeholders: operate as a credible, senior voice across design, engineering, data science, clinical, operations, marketing, and executive leadership, synthesizing competing priorities into a coherent direction.
  • Optimize conversion funnels: use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify drop-off points and run a high-velocity experimentation program with rigorous measurement.
  • Build and own the measurement framework: define success metrics, create visibility into what's working and why, and communicate performance narratives to senior leadership with clarity and conviction.
  • Balance growth with trust: ensure every optimization reinforces clinical integrity and member trust, and represent that perspective credibly with business and commercial stakeholders.
  • Raise the bar on product quality: apply senior judgment to hold a high standard on UX polish, interaction coherence, and end-to-end experience, especially where metrics don't fully capture what members feel.

The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

  • Growth experience on mass-scale B2C products across multiple business or payment models.
  • Strong technical fluency, including the ability to engage substantively with engineering on architecture tradeoffs, data infrastructure, and implementation complexity.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed organizations without formal authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complexity and present a clear point of view to executive audiences.
