Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience in the airfoils investment casting industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Familiarity with process control methods required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in programs and projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D CAD software.
• Working knowledge of Zero-Defect Program practices.
• Six Sigma Certification is beneficial.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and define controls to eliminate scrap for assigned parts.
• Write and update Engineering instructions as needed.
• Manage product release activities to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes for yield and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct dimensional probability studies and product qualifications.
• Create part-specific procedures and coordinate tooling design with teams.
