About the Role

Kendrick is seeking a skilled Product Engineer to support production, and new program launches from concept through Start of Production (SOP). This role ensures high-quality engineering execution while driving technical excellence across our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Release drawings and CAD data on schedule.
  • Review and optimize component/system designs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
  • Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Maintain E-BOM and M-BOM; handle data transfers with suppliers/customers.
  • Audit Engineering change and part status workflows.
  • Review Supplier's IMDA submissions and submit Customer IMDS submissions.
  • Develop test plans and gauge RFQs.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal teams.
  • Support cost targets and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Apply problem-solving tools (DFMEA, 8D, 5-Why, etc.).
