JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Director - Grow at JPMorganChase within Corporate Human Resources, you will lead employee-facing products that support talent and performance outcomes across the firm. You will define product strategy, guide roadmap execution, and partner across business, design, engineering, and data teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions. You will build a high-performing product organization focused on customer needs, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities
•    Lead the product strategy and vision for employee-facing talent and performance products, aligning priorities to business outcomes and employee needs
•    Coach and develop a team of product managers, setting clear expectations, building product craft, and fostering a culture of accountability and learning
•    Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution from discovery through delivery, ensuring high-quality releases and sustained adoption
•    Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure product experiences
•    Define and manage product roadmaps, making trade-offs transparently and communicating progress to senior stakeholders
•    Establish measurable success metrics and operating rhythms to track product performance, adoption, and user experience improvements
•    Gather and synthesize user insights and analytics to inform prioritization, experience design, and continuous optimization
•    Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence responsibly to improve employee experience, productivity, and decision-making
•    Manage product risks and dependencies proactively, removing barriers and ensuring delivery against commitments

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
•    3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers or other product leaders
•    Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise digital products
•    Proven ability to translate customer needs into prioritized outcomes, requirements, and measurable success criteria
•    Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across multiple functions and senior audiences
•    Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver products with strong usability, reliability, and scalability
•    Data-informed decision-making skills, including experience using product analytics and user research to drive prioritization
•    Experience evaluating and applying generative artificial intelligence capabilities to improve product outcomes and operating efficiency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    Experience building products for human resources, talent management, performance management, or learning and development domains
•    Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) product models, including adoption, engagement, and lifecycle management
•    Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management and ServiceNow platforms
•    Experience operating in a highly matrixed, global organization with complex stakeholder and governance structures
•    Experience establishing product operating models, including planning cadences, goal setting, and outcome measurement frameworks
