Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer will work with development engineers and create a product structure, BOM, and review all drawings and procedures to make sure they meet KLA standards before an ECO (Engineering Change Order) is submitted. The engineer will work closely with manufacturing and engineering services on ECO process and release all specifications to manufacturing.
More about NPI Tasks:
Coordinate with design teams to validate design deliverables for new product releases.
Coordinate communications associated with the release effort between multi-functional teams in several global locations.
Document build process of new products through checklists and procedures.
Plan and implement new product releases with high level focus on impact to business systems.
Required
BSME (or possibly other engineer degree)
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient in electrical and mechanical drawing standards
Strong critical thinking, initiative, interpersonal skills, and clear, effective communication
Desired
Five years' experience as a manufacturing engineer in the semiconductor industry
Exposure to Enovia (PLM), SAP (MRP)
Familiarity with CREO/PDMLink, and Autocad
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
Base Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $161,500.00 Annually
