Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Drive year-over-year cost productivity through formulation optimization and raw material cost reduction initiatives
  • Improve supply continuity by qualifying alternative raw materials and enhancing formulation robustness
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Product Management, Operations, and suppliers to execute value-driven projects
  • Develop and manage structured project plans aligned with business priorities and stage-gate processes
  • Perform hands-on formulation, experimental design (e.g., DOE), and data analysis to meet performance and cost targets
  • Support scale-up, plant trials, validation, and commercialization while troubleshooting to ensure stable implementation
  • Ensure compliance, documentation quality, and alignment with safety, product stewardship, and performance standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
