About the role

  • Lead UX strategy and CMS design system vision across marketing web surfaces including landing pages, microsites, onsite merchandising, and editorial blog content.

  • Evolve a design system library and guidelines for all marketing owned web surfaces, ensuring brand and product cohesiveness across the overall web platform experience of Zillow.com

  • Design self-service, reusable web patterns in Figma that achieve parity with CMS capabilities, enabling marketers to establish a scalable foundation that reduces dependency on Engineering for standard marketing use cases.

  • Work with CMS developers to design new, custom design patterns and CMS components that meet the needs of marketing web use cases and bring your design system to life.

  • Partner with Product Design, Design Foundations, and Design Systems to ensure Marketing Web surfaces create a seamless journey from campaign entry into Zillow's product experience — sharing best practices, test results, and solutions across teams.

  • Design growth-focused, device-adaptable web interfaces for B2B and B2C surfaces that balance user needs with business metrics and conversion rates.

  • Work closely with Marketing Tech & Operations to QA the build of your designs to ensure consistency and adherence to your design system.

  • Partner with B2B and B2C Marketing Web teams to translate business goals into UX strategy and web design solutions.

  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the marketing wayfinding and landing page experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Synthesize quantitative performance data with qualitative user insights to validate design decisions, identify friction points, and prioritize improvements across Marketing Web surfaces.

  • Explore and integrate AI-enabled design and content creation tools to scale Marketing Web production without proportional engineering investment.
