The Purpose:We're seeking a full-stack product designer interested in unlocking the equity in a beloved brand to create a deeply compelling social commerce experience for a mass consumer market. This role works nose-to-tail, balancing data-driven hypotheses with strong intuition and behavioral design approaches. What You'll Do:- Partner with product managers and engineers to transform requirements into engaging product experiences
- Create flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with other designers to evolve our brand assets and build out our design system

What We're Looking For:- 3+ years of experience as a product designer working on a cross-functional team regularly releasing product features
- Passion for engaging design solutions that utilize game mechanics and emotional design techniques
- Systems thinker, who embraces patterns and thinks end-to-end
- Experience with design systems and inclusive design practices
- Bias towards action, with the ability to move with urgency and focus
- Love of crafting simple solutions to challenging problems
- Team player who believes that the sum is greater than the parts
LOCATION: San Mateo, CAHybrid schedule visiting our San Mateo, CA office three days a week (Tues-Thurs).
Slickdeals Compensation, Benefits, Perks:The expected base pay for this role is between $108,000 - $153,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Exact compensation will be discussed during the interview process and tailored to the candidate's qualifications.
