Responsibilities
Work with cross functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers and engineers, on all aspects of the product design development process. Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs to communicate requirements to the team and drive multiple design projects from strategy to launch. Create prototypes based on conceptual product ideas, and design user flows based on data analysis and user research. Gather feedback from various stakeholders, reiterate designs, and ship products with the best user experience. Continuously optimize and drive the overall product experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Engineering Design, Product Design, Computer Art, Digital Art, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Engineering Design, Product Design, Computer Art, Digital Art, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights; Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs; Using Figma throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes; and Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $200221 - $210221 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
