Full Job Description
Role overview

As a Product Designer II, you'll own feature-level work on our Growth & Memberships pods. You'll play a central role in the moments that make or break a member's relationship with Brigit: the first few minutes inside the app, and the ongoing subscription that keeps them coming back.

What you'll be doing
  • Own key moments in the member journey: Create fast, intuitive experiences across onboarding, activation, subscription management, and retention that reduce friction, build trust, and keep members engaged.
  • Design end-to-end experiences: Take problems from early concepts and wireframes through polished designs, prototypes, launch, and iteration.
  • Use data to guide your work: Look at activation, retention, and other signals to uncover friction, prioritize opportunities, and understand whether your work is making an impact.
  • Shape the product, not just the screens: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements, explore solutions, and identify opportunities beyond the immediate roadmap.
  • Ground decisions in research: Work with our UX Researcher to better understand member needs, behaviors, and pain points, and bring those insights into your design decisions.
  • Raise the bar on craft: Collaborate closely with our Senior Product Designer on Growth & Memberships to sharpen your thinking and create simple, thoughtful experiences across the member journey.
  • Ship, learn, and iterate: Move quickly, watch how members respond to what you build, and use what you learn to continuously improve the experience.

What you have
  • 3+ years of Product Design experience
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
  • Experience designing consumer-facing apps, ideally something people use daily and trust with something important
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
  • Experience creating highly accessible products
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes
  • A genuine curiosity about why people do what they do, especially when it comes to money and the small moments that make someone stick around (or bounce).
