Job Title: Product Designer
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid in office in Boulder, CO. We have an in-office culture, with a minimum 3 days in the office (Tues-Thurs).
Reporting To: Creative Director UX & Brand
Work Authorization: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, from user research and problem definition to polished, production-ready UI.

You'll play a key role in shaping both what we build and how it works, working closely with product, design, engineering, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys ambiguity, and is equally comfortable talking to users, facilitating workshops, and crafting high-quality design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end product design process: research  ideation  wireframes  high-fidelity UI  implementation
  • Lead user research efforts (interviews, usability testing, synthesis) to uncover insights and inform product decisions
  • Plan and facilitate design workshops with clients and stakeholders (discovery sessions, journey mapping, ideation)
  • Help define what we build and why, not just how it looks
  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant solutions
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape features and roadmap decisions
  • Design polished, production-ready UI with a strong attention to detail
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and research-driven design
  • Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions
  • Experience facilitating or leading workshops with clients or cross-functional teams
  • Excellent UI/UX craft: interaction design, visual design, and usability
