Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in applications, systems, or product definition engineering
• Experience with power integrated circuits (ICs) such as dc-dc converters and hot-swap controllers
• Knowledge of power systems in automotive, industrial, or server environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to translate system requirements into IC specifications
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and customer needs in automotive, industrial, and server applications
• Define product requirements including CRS, design targets, and datasheet parameters
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
• Perform competitive benchmarking regarding performance, cost, and features
• Own the product roadmap and new product introduction (NPI) pipeline
• Develop business cases and conduct ROI analysis, managing outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch products
• Provide training to marketing and field application teams to enhance revenue generation
