Full Job Description
As a Product Data Operations Engineering Systems Analyst on the best Team, you will be part of a specialized group that develops innovation in product management tasks. This Santa Clara, CA role offers a great chance to partner with expert technology leaders. Your efforts will influence our product lifecycle and engineering workflows, guaranteeing detailed delivery and accomplishment in our innovative initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
  • Support Chip Product Life Cycle (PLC) setup, including engineering program changes, releases, and phase transitions across multiple engineering groups ensuring smooth transitions, team member alignment, readiness, and zero-disruption handoffs between engineering, planning, and manufacturing.
  • Plan and drive program release governance by building and managing release schedules, tracking dependencies, and developing cutover plans; leading multi-functional release reviews; and confirming downstream readiness across materials, routing, flows, tests, yield targets, and locations.
  • Translate engineering intent into manufacturable items by converting into the appropriate levels (e.g., wafers, CP programs, dice, assemblies, pre-finished and finished goods), while validating attribute completeness and accuracy (form/fit/function, revision control, traceability fields, and subcontract applicability).
  • Work alongside engineers to transform material definitions into designated items and final SKUs, ensuring accurate arrangement in E2Open/Serus and seamless downstream integration into SAP.
  • Collaborate with IT, subcontractors, and application partners to build and maintain I/O links and related objects. Ensure data integrity, detailed execution, and accurate completion of improvements.
  • Define and manage production flows, processes, procedures, and change documents. Set up bill of materials and update yield, bin fractions, and test-time forecasts in E2Open/Serus. Create, route and handle manual deviations in the PLM application when necessary.
  • Analyze data systems and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Then recommend and apply process improvements that improve scalability, reliability, and adaptability.


What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with outsourced manufacturing OSAT and an understanding of the fabless semiconductor manufacturing flow is a must.
  • Experience with E2openSerus, Agile, Windchill, SAP, Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Power BI, Visual Basics and AI Apps and Tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization web-based systems, Python, SQL, HTML, XML, is a plus but will be minimal.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle uncertainty, showing resilience and working odd hours.
  • Experience in working across different functions and the ability to chip in effectively within a group.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diligent and meticulous approach.
  • Ability to translate business needs into development requirements and ensure the accuracy and integrity of engineering data across platforms.


Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 3, and 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
