SMS Equipment isseekingan experienced and detail-drivenProduct CoordinatorLeadto provide senior technical leadership and operational oversight within our Centralized Sales Administration (CSA) team. This role plays a critical governance function across the full lifecycle of heavy equipment and attachment transactions, supporting margin protection, OEM compliance, and disciplined financial execution. If you bring deep heavy equipment lifecycle knowledge, strong financial acumen, and a passion for coaching others, we want to hear from you.

Salary:$80,000to $85,000per annum
Work Arrangement:Fixed on site
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8 - 4:30 PM

WhatYou'llDo

  • Act as the senior subject matter expert for equipment lifecycle governance, OEM processes, ERP workflows, and financial controls across CSA operations.
  • Providehands-on technical guidance, coaching, and escalation support to Product Coordinators, including review of complex orhigh-valuetransactions.
  • Oversee end-to-end equipment procurement through OEM channels, ensuring contractual compliance,accuratedocumentation, and margin protection.
  • Lead quality control of unit governance files, ensuring audit readiness, lifecycle traceability, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Provide senior oversight of equipmentlogistics, including cargo releases, port-direct shipments, and coordination of delivery timelines.
  • Validate equipment costing, Cost Work Sheets (CWS), invoicing, and ERP receiving to ensureaccuratefinancial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for warranty lifecycle management, OEM programs, and rental or demo asset governance.
  • Support weekly COSA processes, resolve aging or escalated issues, andidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement.


What You Bring

You bringadvanced technical and financialexpertisein heavy equipment administration and lifecycle governance, along with the ability to lead through influence andprovidesenior-level guidance in complex,margin-sensitiveenvironments. You are recognized as a subject matter expert, comfortable supporting escalations,validatingfinancial accuracy, and partneringcross-functionallyto ensure disciplined execution across equipment transactions.

  • Advanced knowledge of the full heavy equipment sales and equipment lifecycle, from procurement through final financial close
  • Working knowledge of OEM platforms and compliance processes (e.g., Komatsu, Takeuchi, BOMAG, NPK)
  • Proven financial acumen, including the ability to review deal structures, reconcile complex costing, and protect margins
  • Proficiencywith ERP and CRM systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, orprovidingtechnical guidance to coordinators or administrators
  • Communicationand collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Credit, and OEM partners
