What You'll Do

  • Own requirements development timelines: Build and manage workplans that keep product requirement development on track, coordinating across key stakeholdersincluding Product Development, Delivery, and Pricing.
  • Support our Legacy Book strategy: Help develop a consolidation strategy for Legacy Books across the P&S portfolio — a critical enabler of our long-termtransformation.
  • Build organizational working models: Design and maintain the cross-functional engagement structures that keep Product, Experience, and Technology teamsaligned on roadmaps, decisions, and deliverables.
  • Document converged product requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and formalize the product requirements that will power ournext-generation insurance platform

What We're Looking For

  • Insurance product knowledge: especially Personal Lines Property products
  • Project management experience: you know how to build a plan, manage stakeholders, and keep complex workstreams moving
  • Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills: you're comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems and turning them into clear recommendations
  • A collaborative approach: you work effectively across teams, escalate when needed, and stay focused on outcomes
  • Comfort with ambiguity: this program is evolving, and the best candidates will thrive in an environment where not everything is defined yet
