Full Job Description
Your role
  • In a few words: You are a Product Builder - a hybrid who combines the strategic rigor of a Product Manager with the craft of a Product Designer, amplified by AI. You don't just design interfaces or write specs: you own problems end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, and you ship solutions that directly impact patient care.

This is a single-scope, end-to-end role for the US market. You are the product owner and the design lead for Resilience's US product surface. You turn the realities of the US healthcare system - EHR-centric workflows, CMS reimbursement mechanics, and payer expectations - into elegant, usable software.

Your 6-month goal
  • Run discovery cycles independently with our partner sites in the US.
  • Deliver (ship) key features (such as CMS billing management or an EHR integration) from design through deployment.
Your day-to-day
  • Manage the US backlog: prioritize improvements with clinical and commercial teams, and write clear product briefs (problem, metrics, acceptance criteria).
  • Design end-to-end experiences: from macro-architecture to micro-interactions in Figma, while contributing to our Design System.
  • Adapt the product to the US: design workflows specific to the American system (EHRs, Epic/OncoEMR integrations, and billing rules such as RPM/CCM).
  • Lead discovery: conduct interviews with US patients, navigators, and physicians to shape the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with developers: ensure implementation quality (pixel checks, testing) and sprint smoothness.
  • Be an "AI-augmented builder": use Claude and other AI tools daily to accelerate research, generate design variations, or automate documentation.
What you won't do
  • Define the macro strategy (that's the CPO's role): you are responsible for execution and the US roadmap.
  • Code yourself (you partner with engineers).
  • Manage FDA / HIPAA regulatory submissions (our QARA teams handle those, but you design with them in mind).
Profile we're looking for

You're the right person if you have/know:
  • 5+ years of hybrid experience in Product Management and/or Product Design, with a very strong ownership mindset.
  • Expertise in the US healthcare system: you understand the US reimbursement model (CMS) and care billing mechanics.
  • Mastery of EHR integrations: you have worked on integrations with Epic, OncoEMR, or Cerner (HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR).
  • Excellence in Figma: advanced components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping hold no secrets for you.
  • Bilingual English (required): most of your interactions will be with the US team. (Speaking French is a great plus to connect with the rest of the R&D team!)
  • AI fluency: you use AI critically to multiply your impact day-to-day.
You're the right person if you are:
  • A problem owner: you don't wait for briefs, you create them.
  • Impact-oriented: you can defend technical and design trade-offs with concrete data.
  • An excellent communicator: you have a strong writing culture and thrive in asynchronous work.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in oncology, US digital health, or value-based care organizations.
  • Familiarity with US compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FDA SaMD).
  • Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS, React) to speak the same language as your engineering team.
Why join us?
  • Impact first: our mission - "Mission is the boss" - means every decision is made in the best interest of patients and caregivers.
  • A founding role: you will be the very first Product voice dedicated to the US market. This is not a maintenance role - it's pure creation.
  • A culture of innovation: AI isn't a gadget for us, it's a way of working.

Recruitment process
  • Screening (15 min): chat with our Talent team to align expectations
  • Team fit (30 min): meet members of your US teams
  • Manager fit (45 min): to dive deeper into your background and product vision
  • Case study (1h): presentation of a practical case combining Design, Strategy, and understanding of the US system
  • Culture fit (40 min): validate fit with our culture and remote work
  • Strategic fit (30 min) : validate fit with our strategic vision
