  • Actively participates in scrum ceremonies, helping the team plan, prioritize, and deliver against the product roadmap
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new personalization features across web, mobile, and agentic channels
  • Facilitates end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for personalization changes, understanding the impacts on the employee journey and back-end systems
  • Navigates a building-phase environment with curiosity and persistence, helping drive clarity across a landscape of homegrown and vendor-based tools

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience managing a product backlog and working with a scrum team
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across multiple teams and functions to drive alignment
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
  • Understanding of product testing cycles, requirements, and execution
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and domains quickly

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or other personalization and A/B testing tools
